If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a simple and transparent return process for customers within the United States.

Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date your order is delivered. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all original tags attached. The item must also be returned in its original packaging whenever possible.

Returns that show signs of wear, damage, alteration, or misuse may not be accepted. We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the eligibility criteria.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and quality assurance reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return if they have been worn or altered. Any final sale items, if clearly marked as such at the time of purchase, are not eligible for return.

How to Initiate a Return

To begin a return, please contact our customer support team at support@wellesleywardrobe.com within 30 days of delivery. Please include your full name, order number, and reason for return so we can assist you efficiently. Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.

Please do not send items back without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be processed.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered.

Refund Process

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 10 business days from the date we receive the returned item.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment used during checkout. Please note that depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos to verify the issue. If confirmed, we will provide a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different size or style, we recommend returning the original item and placing a new order once your return has been approved.

Late or Missing Refunds
