We currently ship exclusively within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping. All orders must include a valid U.S. shipping address to be processed and fulfilled.

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). Once your order is confirmed, our team carefully prepares and packages your sweater to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may extend slightly, but we always aim to keep delays to a minimum.

After processing, estimated delivery time is typically 3–7 business days depending on your location within the United States. Delivery times may vary based on carrier performance, weather conditions, or peak seasonal periods. Please note that shipping timelines begin after the order has been processed, not at the time of purchase.
